The program is designed to help you feel safe, secure and sexy in your bodies and emotions. Self-Guided
This is an intensive program where you will be stretched emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. The program is designed to work the “mindset”, develop healthy mechanisms for coping, dealing, and handling life. It also introduces and promotes self-care which includes making yourself a priority and not an afterthought. Welcome to the I Choose H.E.R. Program, where you can experience ultimate life changes.
JUST YOU & ME
one on one working together on whatever you want. We can spend the whole time coming up with how you want to honor yourself and what that looks like. We can figure out how to create a graceful transition out of the masculine energy and move into the feminine. We can discuss your goals and how you would like to reach them. Most of all, this will be an opportunity of you learning the importance of YOU.
